Established in the year1994, Hongshang have successfully integrated the manufacturing facility, which assure product quality right from start to finish.

The state of art manufacturing facility features an electron beam accelerator on siteto cross-link (irradiate) polymers, which enhances their physical properties apart from irradiation cross linking process the company has an in house facility for compounding, extrusion, cross linking expansion, cutting, marketing, coating and packaging.

As a result, Hongshang products are of the highest quality and consistency conforming to international standards such as US, CSA and MIL specifications.

Technology

Producing Heat Shrink and related products requires specialized manufacturing equipment, processes, and materials. Hongshang has developed a competitive advanced technology through proprietary Development processing equipment, compounding facilities, and proprietary formulations. A commitment to training and development ensures that our plant associates have the knowledge to utilize the latest technology. Some of the key processes in our plants include:

• Both Blending and Extrusion style polymer compounding units, to achieve a homogeneous blend of different base materials that make up the key formulations.

• State of the art co-extrusion equipment used to create dual wall products.

• In- house irradiation equipment as well as chemicals curing techniques used to cross-link the polymers.

• Expansion equipment to produce products from 0.8mm to 150mm internal diameters, from ultrathin to medium wall products. Shrink ratios generated by these expender's ranges from 2:1 to 4:1.

To broaden product reach and develop new markets, Hongshang utilizes a small number of strategic alliances to custom manufacture products under strict confidentiality and rigorous quality systems.
